Master Juice Salad Bar started with one question: why should fresh food be a luxury? We opened our doors on Watchung Avenue with a commitment to serving honest, flavorful food at prices that make sense — no markup for pretense, no shortcuts for convenience.
Every juice is cold-pressed the same day it's served. Every salad is tossed by hand from produce we source locally whenever possible. We keep the menu focused so nothing gets rushed or compromised.
